Have we missed the mark? We would hope not!

We always endeavour to provide the best possible service, and supply the best possible products to our customers. We do, on rare occasions, recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

If you’re not 100% happy with any of our services, please get in touch with us. We take complaints very seriously, and we would aim to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.

On the very rare occasions where a complaint cannot be resolved, we would employ the services of an ombudsman.
